Tremors are involuntary rhythmic shaking of a part of the body, often affecting hands, arms, head, or voice.

Types of Tremors

  • Essential Tremors: Most common, usually affecting hands and arms.
  • Parkinsonian Tremors: Linked to Parkinson’s disease, often at rest.
  • Cerebellar Tremors: Caused by cerebellum damage, affecting balance.
  • Physiological Tremors: Small tremors in healthy people under stress or fatigue.
